SERVPRO Employee Helps Save Crash Victim’s Life

11/9/2019 (Permalink)

After a recent weekend shift, a SERVPRO of Southwest Waukesha County employee witnessed a vehicle collision where one car was impacted on the side by a another vehicle that went through a stop sign controlled intersection.  The driver of the car that caused the collision had some type of medical condition that caused him to stop breathing.  Our employee, who wishes to remain anonymous, is a certified first responder and knew what to do.  Our employee safely removed the driver from the vehicle and proceeded to start chest compressions as he was not breathing and had no pulse.  Fortunately, the driver began breathing on his own quickly.  After the fire fighters arrived and took over the scene, our employee stayed to be a witness for the police.  Our SERVPRO of Southwest Waukesha County employee is a true hero and we are proud that he is part of our team.  Thank you for your efforts and for all first responders!
