Once we arrived, we discovered this home was a hoarding situation. The home needed content removal that was heavily affected from sewage. Jobs such as these can be very emotional for the customer as they can be very sensitive, emotional situations. Our production manager and team created a safe relationship through communication and trust. We talked the parents through each item and completed the removal.
