This damaged rental property was caused by a long-term tenant who did not report a leaking roof to the landlord.  Upon the tenant moving out, the building owner discovered the problems with mold and the odor that went with it.

SERVPRO of SW Waukesha County was called to help the realtor prepare this home so it could be put on the market. This entire room was treated; carpet and pad removed, wood ceiling and ceiling fan taken down, contaminated drywall and insulation removed. 

After the demo was completed and the room sprayed with an anti-microbial, drying equipment was placed to help remove the moisture in order to prep it for repairs.  This home sold in 6 days after the repairs were completed.
