This company has been amazing!  I currently live in Ohio and have an elderly Aunt who lives alone in Waukesha.  I received a phone call after the deep freeze around Christmas that her kitchen pipe had froze and burst flooding her kitchen which in turn flooded her basement.  Not really knowing what to do I got online and searched mitigation companies and called this SERVPRO and spoke with Summer. I was saddened to hear that there was a long backlog; wait list of at least two weeks due to the deep freeze:(. I had called on a Friday and the next Monday I received a phone call from Fernando at SERVPRO stating that there was a cancellation and that they would be heading to my Aunts house!  I think someone was looking down from above.
I don't want to go on and on however these people are ANGELS in disguise.
This was an extremely stressful situation considering we live in Cleveland and would not be able to get to her house for a week or so.  Everyone there treated my Aunt with respect and showered her with support and truly cared about her and her situation. They came in an removed all damaged property and got her house dried out in no time and ready for reconstruction.
Everyone on her team, in the office and all the managers/owners went above and beyond.
If I ever was in this situation again (Praying never again) I would use this company hands down. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVPRO!

My husband and I were in Florida when we found out that our water heater was leaking and flooded our lower level. We called SERVPRO to do the water remediation and dealt with Travis. He did a great job of communicating with me on what was being done since I couldn’t physically be there. Highly recommend.

SERVPRO was awesome from the get go.  Anytime we had questions they were right there with an answer.  I can't say enough about every team that was here to help with mitigation.  Politeness, on time, and awesome caring work.

The hardwood flooring downstairs turned out beautiful - so many compliments on it!

The tile on the bathroom floor also turned out awesome and the tile man was very timely.

The painters did an awesome and very professional job and were very timely also.

Had an unfortunate accident with my neighbor upstairs and my bathroom ceiling. Went with SERVPRO for the fix. Matt was a wonderful and super informative employee of the company. He came and did the estimate on Friday and made the appointment for removal of the ceiling bright and early on Tuesday. I've used SERVPRO in the past and they are still a great company with good integrity and great ethics. I would surely give them way more stars if that was an option.

We recently had a water damage event and had Travis Vrba and his crew assigned to our home.  I want to let management know how professional and courteous Travis and his entire crew were throughout the time he was in our home.  Having a significant water damage incident puts emotions on edge, and Travis was helpful and understanding throughout the process.  He thoroughly explained what his team would be doing, gave an estimate of the length of the drying process, explained the materials/antifungal/antimicrobial agents being used, and reasons for the structural removal portions they would need to do.  Although this was not a process anyone wants to experience, Travis was understanding and professional throughout.  He asked numerous times if we had any questions and referred us to his cell number if we had questions or issues after he left.

Travis Vrba represented your company with exceptional professionalism and customer service. He exceeded our expectations of how this process would occur.  I hope that you recognize the excellence that Travis exhibits in his work and customer interactions.

SERVPRO was the best experience we had during Emergency Flood Damage/Repair among many contractors, Insurance agents, and others.

Everyone did a great job.  The is company was very reassuring.

I was very impressed with the quick response when I called. There was a crew at my house literally 40 minutes after I hung up the phone.

They came in and got right to work and were gone within a couple hours. I appreciate the timely response and quick work to prevent any further damage.

I wanted to take a minute to email you amidst the chaos surrounding me and thank you. The night on which my loss occurred SERVPRO was sent to my home to start the clean-up. I have extremely high expectations for any/all Suppliers, Subcontractors and those for whom I would use on a personal basis.

SERVPRO far exceeded my expectations and I have to tell you that in saying I was “blown away” may be an understatement! Matt (SERVPRO) whom was overseeing every step is truly an employee which I would value in any industry.

His skills, professionalism and knowledge of what I assume to be Company policy and/or contractual obligations of SERVPRO with State Farm are fairly evident to be adhered to in every task he performed.

(Example:  When entering my home he notified me immediately that he has tattoos on his arms and while at that moment he had on a sweatshirt asked that if it was ok for him to remove this again citing his tattoos.)

While this is something that I was ok with being in my industry and position I understood the theory behind this; as some customers could find tattoos offensive (regardless of art) and/or this more than likely being an internal SERVPRO Policy and/or a contractual obligation of some sort.)

The remaining staff was also very professional, efficient and thorough.   

I also wanted to make one more special mention of Connor. 

This young man also far exceeding any expectations I had and having a stellar work ethic and being highly professional.

He also had the knack to admit that he is the newest to the team and may not have the answers he would always refer to Matt/Todd and get back to me addressing any of my questions or concerns.

While I still have a far way to go I appreciate this stellar experience and company and I would highly refer them in the future.
