SERVPRO is an excellent organization.  Early one morning I woke up to the sound of water gushing from my bathroom.  I immediately called my insurance company and then called SERVPRO.  Todd Szada assembled a crew and arrived at my house within an hour.  In fact, they arrived before the insurance adjuster.  Todd assessed the damage and came up with a game plan to effect the restoration.  He laid it out with me, step by step.  He coordinated all the subcontractors from the electrician, the drywaller and the painter.  I didn't have to worry about anything.  The process was completed on scheduled and to my satisfaction.  SERVPRO's service greatly exceeded my expectations.  I highly recommended SERVPRO and Todd.

My grandma had a flooding problem and SERVPRO was so responsive and timely in handling the situation. They worked quickly and efficiently in fixing everything to make it just like it was before the flooding! Thank God for these people. The city had a main sewer line plug up which caused a backup in my basement. I tried to get a company to come out but was told there were none in my area. I called SERVPRO and they came out at 8 pm after driving 2 hours to get here and stayed until about 3 am making sure that the mess was taken care of and to get all the dehumidifier machines going. I could not ask for a more professional team. They are taking care of everything, including dealing with the insurance adjuster. I could not be happier with their service!!!
