Fire damage is more than structure damage.  It is smoke and soot damage to contents as well.  Specific tasks are required when personal contents are affected. SERVPRO of SW Waukesha County was asked to do a contents inventory and assessment for the entire house pictured above.  The before photo shows from just one room of this structure that experienced a fire.  Yet every room required a contents pack-out.  This requires that each items of personal contents be inventoried and assessed for damage.  The after photo shows what the room looked like when the SERVPRO technicians completed the contents removal.
