Cleanup from Drain Backup

When SERVPRO of Southwest Waukesha gets called out to do mitigation and restoration services, it is decided by the property owner as to what services they would like us to provide. Some customers want SERVPRO to only do the mitigation portion of the job (i.e. extract water, remove carpet and pad, remove affected drywall, dry out the structure, cleanup, etc.). Some customers want us to coordinate repairs. Then, there are some customers who want us to do both.

These two photos show a drain backup in a partially finished basement before and after cleanup. SERVPRO was called in to extract the excess water, remove affected materials (drywall, carpet, and carpet pad), decontaminate surfaces, and dry the structure.
