Fire & Water - Cleanup & Restoration

Flooded basement in SE Wisconsin Home

This family’s Eagle, WI residence experienced serious water damage after the toilet backed up.  This is a category 3 water loss, which is sewage water that is highly contaminated.  SERVPRO of SW Waukesha County has the expertise and equipment to mitigate residential water losses just like this one.

In this particular situation, we extracted water, detached the toilet, disposed of sheet vinyl flooring, disposed of the vanity as it had contacted sewage water, removed all the trim and contaminated drywall and disinfected the entire floor.

The family was very grateful to know that the contaminated water and materials were removed and the home was odor free within the same day!
