Water Loss in Watertown, WI

This water loss in Watertown, WI was at a commercial site. The commercial customer was located inside another commercial retail store.

The customer noticed water on the floor of the location and was able to follow it to a wall adjacent to the outer wall. After removing the ceiling tiles the broken water pipe was located. Water was turned off and SERVPRO was called to scope and then work this project.

When the SERVPRO crew arrived to start the clean up process they built a containment around the merchandise and the electronics around the location. This was to protect the merchants' belongings during the cleanup process.

The SERVPRO crew then drilled coring holes to help with air flowage. The wall that had the most damage was removed and then rebuilt.
