Congratulations to our newest Crew Chief, Lisa!

Since starting with SERVPRO of SW Waukesha County in October 2020, Lisa has become an invaluable asset to our company. She was hired as a Production Technician and due to her quick learning and dedication to our company values, she was promoted to Lead Production Technician within 6 months. Her quality customer service and bubbly personality naturally lead her to being promoted again to Crew Chief within one year of her employment. Lisa is SERVPRO of SW Waukesha's first female crew chief. Lisa is a good leader and always takes time to make sure things are being done carefully and properly.
