As the Weather Gets Cold, Help Others in your Community

10/5/2021 (Permalink)

As the weather gets colder it is increasingly important to care for others in our community who are less fortunate. Some great ways to help your community can be through donating to drives for food and warm clothing, serving at a local soup kitchen or meal distribution center, or donating to local charities. These seemingly small acts can make a tremendous difference in someone else’s day and can warm their hearts and bodies as the weather gets cold.

A great place to start is by visiting the websites for Hunger Task Force, Hope House, Saint Vincent De Paul, or other local charities to see how you can get involved to help others in your community.
